Welcome to Taylor’s Detailing. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided


Taylor’s Detailing offers professional automotive cleaning, detailing, and care packages as described on our website, social platforms, or promotional materials. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

 

2. Appointments & Cancellations

 

•Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

•We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

•Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

 

•Prices for services are listed on our website or quoted directly.

•Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair, stains, or special requests.

•Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

 

•Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment.

•Taylor’s Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

•You must disclose any known issues (e.g., electrical faults, leaks, aftermarket modifications) that could affect detailing.

 

5. Vehicle Condition & Results

•While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable.

•We do not guarantee restoration of surfaces beyond normal cleaning and detailing standards.

•Paint correction, ceramic coatings, or protective services will be carried out as explained, but longevity depends on maintenance and driving conditions.

 

6. Liability & Disclaimer

 

•Taylor’s Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in your vehicle.

•Any claim of damage must be reported before leaving the premises or immediately after mobile service completion.

•Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

7. Health & Safety

•For mobile detailing, the customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible workspace (e.g., driveway or private parking).

•We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

 

8. Termination of Service

We may refuse or stop a service at any time if:

•The vehicle is in a hazardous condition.

•The customer is abusive, threatening, or uncooperative.

 

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be handled under that legal system.

 

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
